1.1. In this policy “Oxygen8″ or “Oxygen8 Group” means Oxygen8 Communications, whose registered office is at Oxygen8 Communications Ltd, 12th Floor Lyndon House, 58-62 Hagley Road, Birmingham, B16 8PE.

2. Information Collection and Use

2.3. Where your contact information has been provided to Oxygen8 for the purposes of a seminar, event or similar activity to be held by Oxygen8, your contact information may be passed to a third party event Management Company to enable Oxygen8 to facilitate the seminar, event or similar activity.
2.4. We use Google’s Remarketing tool to log when users visit certain pages, to provide customised and targeted advertising in the future.
3.1. A cookie is a piece of data sent to a web site user’s browser and stored on a user’s hard drive tied to session information about the user. On the Oxygen8 web site, cookies are used only as an aid to the user experience to enable a user’s browser to remember pages on the Oxygen8 web site that have already been accessed. As a result, Oxygen8 cannot ensure the secure receipt of any information that is sent to Oxygen8 by this medium and any such information is sent at your own risk.

5. Updating and Deleting
5.1. If the contact information held by Oxygen8 changes, or if you wish Oxygen8 to delete certain contact information from Oxygen8′s records, please let Oxygen8 know by sending an email to the Oxygen8 email contact address.

6.1. Oxygen8 cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of third parties whose web sites may be referenced in the Oxygen8 web site.
